The owner called us for cancellation and said he will refund us but he did not even bother to start the process and didn’t respond the message and phone calls. To the end I have to contact Vrbo customer service to get the refund."

"The condo was beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The pool was both refreshing and quiet, making it feel like our own private oasis overlooking Lake Washington. We used the AC unit in one of the bedrooms, which would get down to 64-66 degrees at night, and strategically placed two fans to circulate the cool air to the secondary bedroom and the living room & kitchen, keeping the rest of the condo between 74-76 degrees.
