"Young girl in the AM as a waitress in the restaurant was not customer service friendly, should reconsider the people you have working. Not everyone has it to be in the costumer service industry! Parking is overpriced but you are in Seattle it’s to expect however should have a reduced pricing on people who are already staying in the hotel! "

"Our go-to place for coming into the city for a few days. Convenient to downtown, Symphony, Art Museum, Pike Place, and a central transportation hub to get to SeaTac or the U District. Beautiful and comfortable, and Andalusia's is the best!"

"We were on the 18th floor and the night view was awesome. The room was very modern and nice and clean. The refrigerator kept our drinks cold. We ate at Adare's restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast and it was really good. The bar in Adare's had grest margaritas on the rocks. One big plus was in there Market they have a microwave available for the guest."

"The Grand Hyatt is a very nice hotel. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Several eating options are available on site, which was great. (It is hard to beat the quality of steak at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse!) I knew when booking this room it would be expensive, and that parking was not included. I was not, however, anticipating parking to be $50 for every 12 hours! (Plus taxes/fees!) Our trip had us at the hotel for about 17 hours, and the total for parking was $130. "We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday and she said she had an amazing time. Restaurant host was awesome, we enjoyed our time with him. He came over to our table and greeted us personally during our dinner. Six Seven was the best. "

"We really appreciated the kitchen and the ability to cook our own meals. A small bottle of dish soap would be helpful. Maybe supply an ice tray in the freezer. I never tried the free breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. The location is quite, clean and safe. We ended up extending our stay one more night. I will definitely come here again when I am in this area. 5 stars for the price. "
