"We stayed last week for 2 days in the Luxury Suite. The good things were its beautiful, isolated location, a stunning view from the vanishing edge pool, and the beautiful grounds. The suite was very spacious with a private outside sitting area. The bad thing was the non-functioning air conditioning. The outside temperature was 92F, and inside it could not get cooler than 85F. The airco came repeatedly on for 10 seconds and then shut off for a minute, while the air coming out wasn't even cold....

"Puzza di chiuso e muffa in camera, muffa sul muro, letto con trapunta, lenzuolo e coprimaterasso con n macchia di non so cosa, per aprire lucernario del bagno ho dovuto togliere ragnatele con insetti incorporati. Molle del letto che si sentivano nella schiena e per finire nido sul davanzale che impediva la chiusura degli antoni, non avrei mai fatto togliere il nido amo gli animali, ma le tende interne oltre che sporche non si potevano tirare per impedire un po' alla luce di entrare, alle ore 5...

"A great location, close to the city wall, historic town hall, and cathedral, but also on a quiet street with a good cafe on the corner. The proprietors were such nice people and very helpful. The room was large and had an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was European buffet style. Will certainly try here first when we return to Grosseto. "

"Great place to stay in between to Tuscan towns. The Saturnia Hot Springs were beautiful and free to visit. Pitigliano was a must see. Hotel is a 3 room place and the owners were excellent and very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely suggest the place."

Poiché la colazione viene servita dopo le 8,30 avevo chiesto e concordato di anticipare almeno di una mezz'oretta perché dovevo partire. "We verbleven met 2 gezinnen in de 2 huisjes. Huisjes, 1 authentiek Toscaans en 1 nieuw huisje met gezamenlijk zwembad. Sfeer is heel fijn, eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij zorgt er voor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap. Lekker eten in het locale restaurant van Linda. Voor boodschappen of verkennen van de omgeving is veel tijd nodig, gezien de locatie ver van de bewoonde wereld af ligt. Met de auto is het prima te berijden. Rome bezocht...

"We (family of four, 2 teenagers) had a great stay at Luca's appartment. Due to the Corona pandemic, we were not sure, if we really should travel. But Luca showed great flexibility and we were very happy, that we decided to go. The appartment was very spacious and perfectly cleaned.
