"If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."

"Wir haben die alleinlage genossen und uns gut erholt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und komplett eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die anfänglichen Probleme mit dem Internet, wurden sofort von einem Techniker behoben. Die Lage am Waldrand, bietet die Möglichkeit für schöne Wanderungen und Sparziergänge mit dem Hund. Das Kieswerk hat uns nicht gestört."

"A short stop in a lovely place in the hills. The apartments are well equipped and decorated in a classic Tuscan style, our balcony had an amazing view of the olive trees and the lush green rolling hills. Le Chiuse is set in peaceful well kept gardens and has a swimming pool which is meticulously cleaned by the owners daily. "Ein nettes Urlaubserlebniss, sehr schönes Haus mit Charme und einen Pizzaofen. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und man hat sich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Wir haben sehr schöne Ausflüge unternommen (Tarot Garten, Florenz, Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, Sant Gimignano, Küste, Maremmar). Bezüglich der Hitze, war die Lage mit 500 Meter über null eine echte Wohltat. Absolut empfehlenswert."

"The area and surroundings are great, the pool is huge and a bliss in Italian summers. The house itself is ok, but a lot was missing or not working. Umbrella’s and deck chairs at the pool were old and/or broken, matrasses terrible and beds squeeky. Hardly enough cups and drinking glasses. We ran out of gas soon, water was out for almost an entire day. I do not mind all this if the price is accordingly. But for this huge amount of money I expect more ‘luxury’.
