"Our stay at Viva rooms was good. The location between the train station and the tourist areas was great. The host was excellent at responding to messages and met us at the hotel. She was really nice and even recommended a book store for us to find a special book. The room was in ok condition, but the shower needed some work (some mold growing on the floor tiles around the drain). The bed was large, but a bit too hard for my taste. "Exterior looks like a building occupied by punkers. Reception was tiny and busy, but effective. We got a day short on our keys, but it was fixed quick enough. Rooms were clean, cool, quiet, and functional. Nothing fancy at all but we had a very good sleep over 3 nights. Showerhead was terrible."
