"We loved our stay at this authentic farmhouse ! The family was very , very warm and welcoming and attentive to our needs / questions. If you don’t have a car ( we didn’t ) you need transport and we had a driver / tour one day . We loved the home cooked meals by Barbara and the pre- stocked groceries. It is quite bare bones - don’t expect any paper towels , any extras at all , not even those you might expect past guests have left . There is literally nothing provided so you must purchase ....

"In dem schönen Ferienhaus hat man seine Ruhe, da es etwas abgelegen liegt. Der einzige direkte Nachbar ist die Vermieterin. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit tollem Pool. Von hier hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist super. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt."

"Stunning property exactly as advertised. We spent days traveling to hill towns and nights enjoying wine at the villa. Mornings having coffee outside staring at the movie like landscape. 20 minutes to the Hill of Michelangelo that had parking and a great place to walk back to after 4 courses of pasta! 12 couples and the villa was perfect. "La Rustica is a large, quaint. comfortable villa, wirh a large fenced garden and an above ground pool ( not heated). It has many large rooms with antique decoration. Very characterfull.Comfortable beds with A/C in bed rooms. Lovely covered outdoor seating area where we spent most of our time. But the highlight was Maurizio!! What a gentleman. He made our holiday special and unforgetable. Thank you Maurizio"
