"This hotel was amazing! Staff was so friendly. They offered us cappuccinos and croissants every morning and brought them to our room. We had a great view of the Duomo from our room. Everything was very clean and they serviced the rooms frequently. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"A very nice "on the budget" option that is close to both the train stations and all the major attractions. The staff is nice and generally responsive. The only problem we had was related to the general condition of the property. While the room itself was clean, there was a terrible smell coming from the shower stall (which was masked initially by a huge amount of air freshener spray). When we informed the staff of this problem, they called a plumber, who said the said it was a major problem...

"About a 15-20 min walk from the main sites. Grocery store about 2 blocks away. Walk to great restaurants away from crowds"

"Great location. Great service. Amazing rooftop with incredible view. Comfy bed. Sharing the 1 restroom and shower with all the other guests was a little inconvenient. Luckily I showered early 😊"
