"The interior and amenities were perfectly satisfactory, BUT we were disapointed that the yard was not maintained, the firepit that was advertised didnt exist, and the whole street and neighboring property was under major construction. The latter part is no fault of the owners, it was just a bit misleading, thinking we had a cute cozy backyard for the kids to play in, but instead had to share it with work vans and bulldozers. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and I can imagine this place...

"I traveled to Waco with two friends that had not been to Magnolia Market. Check in Friday was easy. The house looks just like the pictures, very comfortable for the three of us. Our host texted me several times while we were there to check on us. The location of the house made it easy to go to the Market and restaurants and bars that had been recommended to us. I would definitely book this property again."

"This is a clean, well decorated and spacious property! We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable. The back area has a park like setting and the neighbor has a very adorable little dog. It is only 5 minutes from downtown which was our main destination. Very nice place!"

"Rough start, the code had been changed by the manager, but the door was left unlocked, so we initially got right in. When we locked the door and then came back to the property, suddenly we were locked out. It was after dinner and late in the evening. We had to try and get ahold of the host, which took about 1.5 hours. Ultimately, we were given the new code and they brought us a lovely gift basket the next day as an apology. We appreciated the gift basket and understand how the problem happened....
