"Apartment is well positioned really close to the beaches nd bars. Apartment is good with a large balcony two bedrooms and very well equipped in the kitchen you could definitely cook meals as there was everything thereto help you. The staff at the apartments were very friendly and welcoming. Moonlight bar is a great place to stop for a beer and catch the sun. All the staff are friendly and very attentive. "Stayed in a fantastic 2 bedroom all redone inside. The one bed next door was not and was a 3 star room. The 2 bed was a five. Huge balcony overlooking the sea. If I knew beforehand would have booked at least a week. The 2 bed you could stay for a month or two. Great area to walk/get around. Tapas around the corner was incredible. "

"Honestly when I read the reviews about this place after my husband booked, I was very sceptical. People said it was dirty, had cockroaches, no hot water. None of this was true. About the hot water, you must realize that water heaters in Europe are half the size of North American ones. We had plenty of hot water. The only thing we didn't like are the beds are a little hard but it was the same at the previous place we stayed. We made do. Also tile floors are always cold which I'm not fond of but...

"The apartment is close to Tres Castelos beach and some very good restaurants. Very good value for money, as we stayed for a month. The lifts were always working and reliable. There is a concierge in the building for any emergencies. The apartment is well equipped for cooking and has a washing machine so we had a mixture of eating in and going to restaurants. There is a bus route fairly near but we used local taxis to get to bus and train stations and taxis are good value. The bath and shower...

"The preservation of the original home and its fine architecture, Brazilian wood, and gorgeous hand painted tiles was meticulous and made for a very special stay. We really enjoyed the incredible presentation of our salt crusted sea bass at dinner. The service and food were top notch. We were also delighted with our gracious room upgrade, bottle of champagne upon arrival. Delightful property!"
