"Over all this hotel suited my needs....my mobility is hampered after suffering a stroke...so my room allocation was the 18th floor...be prepared to speak fluent languages but not english....when you check in....then be prepared too get a taxi too another hotel 10 minutes away...why they don't issue the key's at the tarik as they used too is a complete mystery...then there's the 9 digit code you have to tap into your door handle...take some one small with you...it'll help."

"Honestly when I read the reviews about this place after my husband booked, I was very sceptical. People said it was dirty, had cockroaches, no hot water. None of this was true. About the hot water, you must realize that water heaters in Europe are half the size of North American ones. We had plenty of hot water. The only thing we didn't like are the beds are a little hard but it was the same at the previous place we stayed. We made do. Also tile floors are always cold which I'm not fond of but...

"Cute hotel with a nice view even tho the casino is right in front. Both breakfast and dinner included in my stay which was a nice surprise! And the cleaners left it super clean and nice daily - super är thankful! Beds weren't the softest but I barely slept so it's okay."

"The place was nice and clean and it had two bathrooms and a great balcony. Unfortunately the fridge barely worked (freezer worked), microwave is a fire hazard, toaster is cracked, washing machine had a button stuck and never worked and the wifi barely worked. But the place was very clean and airy. "

"Loved the views and being able to walk to restaurants, bars and beach. However be prepared to hear the boom, boom boom of the clubs near by. Thankfully you could not hear that from the bedroom. It was in a great location and would rent it again. Definitely would recommend."

"Room 511 說是提供2間房，1間是沒有冷氣沒有窗，另1間有冷氣設備壞了，由第一天入到第十天都不整 沒有更垃圾，只有更垃圾的酒店，第1日到步同行友人，因為酒店房內的洗手間門鎖壞了被困在內，去電房東十多次電話聯絡求助，是完全不聽電話且更一直都沒有回覆，直到聯絡酒店方面，才肯勉強下又極不願意地幫忙下找工人開鎖，被困在洗手間超過廿分鐘的親人，這是非常極度冷血又不負責既非常拙劣的行為同服務。 第1日到步是星期六入住即時發現房間的冷氣壞了，房東口頭上說會星期一會有人來到來維修，豈料一去已經是到今日已是第10日都沒有人來維修，昨天第8日才有人來清潔房間，實在令人憤怒與不能接受的，因第一日入住 時說是5日會提供1次清潔房間服務的，可是入住到第8日才有人來清潔房間，且1間房間是完全無冷氣設備的。 十分驚嘆又感荒謬的是，除了第1日入住時提供過2卷超細廁紙及2小樽蚊形沖涼液外，就要等到第8日在再三摧四請下才有人清潔房間及提供2卷廁紙及2樽仔蚊形SIZE的沖涼液給我們3人入住使用就完全再沒有補給了， 入住到今日已經是11日，房東仍然完全沒有來電給我們任何回覆。 此實在完全不合理既充滿反感及討厭。"
