"Service was amazing from the reception staff. Check in was faultless (minus the long queue)! The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. Rooms could have been cleaned everyday for the price we paid (almost £250 a night). Hot water was good, instant every time, no long wait for it to warm up. "Hotel Aida in Prague was a wonderful experience for us. Our nice 4th floor had two beds in one room and two beds in the second room for our guests. There was a nice kitchen and a very clean, modern bathroom. The temperature of the room was comfortable and the elevator was modern and always operational. "The hotel was well appointed and decorated, and in a convenient location. Breakfast was excellent. Only criticisms were the rooms were hot (A/C was disabled for the season and there were no other fan options), and the water temperature in the shower often fluctuated between icy and scalding)"
