The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. Rooms could have been cleaned everyday for the price we paid (almost £250 a night). Hot water was good, instant every time, no long wait for it to warm up. Pillows weren’t the comfiest, woke up with a neck...

"Hotel itself is nice and clean but there is lots of street noise and in hot days inside is very hot and aircon or fan isn’t available and with open windows no chance of good sleep. Other than all good"

"Ich habe ein Tag vor Ankunft angerufen ob wir die Koffer im Hotel abstellen können. Man hat mir gesagt es wäre ok aber am Ankunfstag war keiner da. Allerdings nach kurzem Anruf ist eine Frau gekommen - vielen Dank dafür. Check in selbst war total chaotisch, über halber Stunde gedauert. Rechnung noch nicht angekommen. Frühstück sollte eigentlich zur Verfügung sein, es gibt es aber nichts. "

"Out of town but just a short walk from the metro station, short journey from the centre on the frequent/reliable metro system. Good room for the price, easy check in. Only problem was that for my second visit in a row the fire alarm went off, this time at 0245 in the morning which was a major disturbance. "
