"Everything. Location inside the Hotel "

"The hotel is lovely we stayed 6 nights. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and they had plenty of choice. The location was close to all attractions and the tram was a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. All the staff from the kitchen, cleaning and reception are welcoming and friendly. A big thank you to Marcela she was very happy, friendly and very helpful with whatever we needed."

"You can see that the hotel is a bit older. It was also quite cold in the room during our stay. Unfortunately there was no cable car running, so the shuttle ride down to the hotel was a little longer "

"The hotel was very clean and the service was good, bathroom and room were in good condition. The WiFi however was very bad, they gave me 4 different WiFi logins, but at around 8 pm all Wifis are "
