"It's in a nice location and was a pretty good price. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was surprisingly good, an assortment of cold meats and cheeses, bread slices and buns, mini-pastries, scrambled egg, beans, little hot dogs, yoghurt, fruit and coffee is exceptional for the price-range. However, there were silverfish and the odd ant in my room. If I were a more anxious or fussy person it might have been an issue but I wasn't too much of a concern for me."

"The staff was very rude.the room was extremely hot. They gave a mini fan which almost did not have any efficiency.we kept the windows open both nights during out stay. The hallway carpet was filthy and dirty.. we requested the staff to change the room and they did not help though there were several rooms in the first floor. 0 rating!!!!!!!!!"

"Good breakfast. The receptionist was a wonderful, hard working person. Property entrance could benefit from newer flags or some other identification above door. Lobby and stair rails could use fresh paint because first impression was a little off. The room was very clean and freshly painted, but at first was concerned. Freshening up the entry would put a truer face on what the property is. Easy walk to old town square and Prague community building is just one block away."

"Pretty decent for the price. It’s a student dorm with a little kitchen, which was a nice thing to have. I arrived and there were about half a dozen spiders in the room, which was quite gross - hence the 3/5 stars for cleanliness. Basic budget hotel if you’re solely looking for a place to sleep. Transportation is fantastic. The tram is right outside so it’s easy to get to and from the core. A safe area too. "

"I enjoyed my stay here, even if it could be noisy until about 1 AM -- I think this is to be expected, given I was on the 1st floor and it's in a busy area. "This place is more like a hostel, but the nicest we've been to. We had a private room but shared bathroom. The bathrooms were always neat and tidy. They even have a double shower for couple, which makes it efficient during shower times. The kitchen area and the kitchenware is in good condition and very clean...perfect to cook meals. Dedicated boxes in the refrigerator for each room. Washer and dryer are available for a small fee as well. Overall place is nice and organized. No AC but they supply...

"The place is interesting and unique. The rooms all have lofts which are well built and sturdy, to make excellent use of the space. Our apartment had a small kitchen space, refrigerator and attached bath. The owner, Vladimir is very friendly and accommodating. Apparently his wife is an opera singer, but we didn't have the pleasure of meeting her. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Prague. "
