"The property is beautiful and has a lot to offer in the way of food, entertainment and activities; however, they need to work on their housekeeping and general cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms. It is a large property and perhaps they need more staff but for the price you pay, you shouldn't see things like hair on the bed, towels, water marks on glasses, dust and hair on the furniture, empty shower gel in the bathroom, etc. "

"There were a few issues with the unit. There was no hot water in the shower. The fireplace didn’t work nor did the TV there was someone out very quickly to address these issues but we still ended up taking cold showers every day of our stay. We were told to just let the hot water run for 30 minutes and the shower should be hot. We stay here very often and have never had a hot water issue"

"Hi, jus saying, we want to enjoy the swimming pool and the building has not indoor pool we have to go up to the main building which was driving distance, the water was little cold for my kids and to go out side in winter weather very inconvenient after and drive back to the room, no good.😢😢"
