"This was my 2nd time staying here. We loved it! Its off the main path and away from crowds which is why I go to the mountains. There is hiking and lakes right around the house, of you can quickly get to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. I'm planning to come back again."

"We loved this house from the moment we walked in!! It worked perfectly for the 5 of us. It was incredibly well apportioned, everything we needed was on site; just bring your clothes and food. An easy walk into town and, especially, the Lake City Bakery!! The neighborhood was quite and wildlife sightings from the deck were abundant. Just a note, it was NO issue for us, that all 3 bedrooms are on the second floor with 1 full bath and a full bath on the first floor."

"This cabin was exactly what we were looking for: Reasonably secluded, quiet, and snowy! Take some time to slow down and catch the stars at night too. Unbelievable.Autumn was a fantastic host. "Very nice little cabin, only reasons for 4 stars is the fact that cabin 9 is right behind the wastewater treatment plant. And until we found its entrance hole by the wall heater , we had a chipmunk living with us at night, and he liked to party! Other than that we had an awesome time."

"We really enjoyed getting our grandchildren together and they loved it. We stayed in this cabin when our children were small and it was very nice that they added a washer/dryer, even though it did take quite a bit of room out of the bathroom. It was definitely worth it for being able to wash clothes. Tankless water heater was great for all of the showers."
