While some of the specific property rules could be communicated with more clarity (visuals would help), this should not detract from the experience, which was one well worth the price. I encourage anyone staying near Atlanta with an eye for value and a low-pressure check-in/check-out to stay at this or an associated property."

"Have been using VRBO for the past 6 years. First poor experience I’ve had. Rented for a work / personal trip, the property owner was virtually impossible to get in touch with and there was a tenant in the connecting property that was unaware there was a guest coming in and seemed unfriendly / wary of anyone else being on the property. Needed internet access to work, and there was no internet / WiFi - again the VRBO owner was completely unreachable and never responded."

"My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for a month with our two dogs and absolutely loved it. The location was amazing and having access to a yard in a very busy city area was a lifesaver. The hosts were very responsive and were able to help us with whatever came up the same day. The guesthouse was very clean and comfortable. When we come back we will definitely stay again! "

"What a delightful place to stay while visiting my son and daughter-in-law for a few day. The location is perfect as it was quaint and in a very safe location. I was worried I might be nervous staying alone, but that was not the case.The carriage house gave me plenty of privacy and was stocked with everything I needed, especially the need for coffee!!! The place was spacious and had a full kitchen for cooking. The bed was so comfy. I definitely would stay here again. If you book this place...

"This space was comfortable and very close to where we needed to be. The calm beach decor makes it cozy. All interactions with the hosts were prompt and pleasant. The new shower is beautiful. I would definitely return to this property. The microwave, toaster oven, fridge, and coffee maker let us do breakfast in and reheat leftovers. We did borrow ceramic coffee cups from a friend, but disposables were provided. We did not use the pool or the hot tub, but we were there out of season. "

"Jay was super friendly and accommodating for us. The part of Atlanta is a little rough when you get off of the interstate, but the neighborhood is fantastic - clean and safe. I would definitely stay here again."
