"Our overall experience was great. All the desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up the room. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning available to cool down the room at night when I’m sleeping and was suggested that I just open the sliding door. The problem with that was that the noise coming from the street outside was so loud so we had a hard time sleeping. With NO airflow in the room when closed that was not very dood. I wanted to speak with a manager but didn’t get a chance to. Also the fact that I paid more money just to get an ocean view then there was no air conditioning was a little bit disappointing. Again overall was great I just wish that they should’ve offered some sort of compensation/refund for the inconvenience."

"This hotel’s location is perfect. It’s about a seven minute walk down to the beach. The balcony’s look over one of the main strips with shops and restaurants. Very walkable area. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. They assisted us with booking a day trip to Almalfi, and they always asked how our stay was going when they greeted us in the lobby. Breakfast and the cappuccinos were delicious! "

"We loved our stay at Eden Roc. The views were amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food may have been the best we had in all of Italy. It's expensive, but so is everything on the Amalfi Coast. It was worth the splurge."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa La Tartana! The staff, especially Alfonso and Maria, were wonderful and made us feel very welcome in Positano. Villa La Tartana is in an excellent location - a few minutes walk from the beach and up to the town centre. Highly recommend for those staying in Positano! "

"We were blown away by our time at the Palazzo Murat right from the start. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the town, and the hotel grounds are gorgeous. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and special at all times. We stayed in a partial sea view room and we were delighted with it. The balcony was a particular highlight with a great view over the garden and down to the sea. We also ate at the hotel restaurant, which was superb and a meal we won’t soon forget. The pool area was also great and we spent a lot of time there. Only note is that the pool is not heated! So a little cold in October. The bar area was so pleasant for morning breakfast and evening drinks. Especially when they brought in a live band! We would highly recommend the Palazzo Murat to anyone thinking of spending anytime in Positano!"
