"Clean and comfortable. Right next to the DB but was thankfully quiet and safe. Short easy walk to the Dom, Ludwig Museum, the Rhine and tasty dining options."

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. I especially loved the large tub in the bathrooms. Would recommend."

"The staff are always so helpful and friendly, especially the reception and shuttle bus staff. We had a dirty hand towel in our bathroom and the service at our evening meal was not great. We have stayed here 3 times now and these were the first issues. Disappointed that the room service menu options have been reduced since our last stay. The area is a mix of development ground and housing. Nothing really near by."
