Prior to booking this property we wanted to ensure that it fits all of our requirements. 4 bedrooms with ensuite, parking for 4 cars and close to Portsmouth. This property gave us all we wanted. We had a warm welcome upon arrival and shown around the property. Everyone enjoyed the time away. We will return to the Coach House as it fitted the requirements we wanted. "The property it is located in not a very promising area with not a safe neighbourhood (had the police chasing some gangs for drugs). The interior of the property though, it is quite nice. As expected for £20 /per night( in our case). Fortunately it was very clean, with no weird smells. It is not freshly painted but reasonable condition.
