"The room was clean and comfortable enough. There were issues with the power, the humidity and the odour in the hallway and bathroom. It smelled rather musty/off which was concerning. Additionally, it was hard to enter the building. There wasn’t clear directions on how to get in which was inconvenient after a long day of walking on the Camino. Clearer instructions would be beneficial. Overall, decent stay. "

"The best place on the Camino by far! So clean, friendly and right on the path of the Camino. One of the best hospitality experiences a travel could ask for! We wish we could have stayed longer. The town of Caldes de Reis is so cute as well!"

"Excelent service and very nice place. The only thing is that breakfast on Sunday (my first day there) started very late and I (as well as other guests) was a little bit disoriented. "

Nachts aber ruhig und friedlich. Frühstück auf spanischem Niveau, ab 9 bis 11 h. Bei früherer Abreise Lunchpaket möglich. Abendessen ab 20 Uhr ( in Noia gibt es Optionen früher Abend zu essen , die wir genutzt haben). Tolle entspannte und familiäre Atmosphäre - empfehlenswert. "

"Wonderful location with an amazing view of the ocean. Very friendly family run hostel. Very clean in all areas. Only issue was lack of hot water to shower at night and low water pressure ( hard to wash my hair). Otherwise lovely and would definitely recommend. "

"El personal la verdad que era muy agradable, pero no sé podía descansar nada ni de día ni de noche, ni nevera, ni persiana, ni aire acondicionado y suerte que nos cogió mal tiempo por que el sol entra directo por la ventana y las paredes son de papel se escucha absolutamente todo, todo el rato haciendo ruido con las puertas, las camareras de pisos venían antes de las 12 demasiado temprano a esa hora en un sitio donde no hay nada y el último día una entró mientras estaba en la ducha por que vio...

"We spent four nights in this architectural gem with huge glass windows providing extraordinary views of a secluded beach and surf. The house was so comfortable and location so pristine that we arranged to stay another day. Antonio and Merced were wonderful hosts. It is a really special place, and we hope to return."

"Quiet area, very near sea, Great house with all you need for self catering, it is a home rather than a holiday let so it's got foosball and table tennis the kitchen has all you need to cook up great food as all the bits and pieces are not taken away at the end of each stay. "Excelente propiedad cerca de Santiago de Compostela. Habitaciones y áreas comunes extremadamente limpias y cómodas. El staff es increíblemente educado y servicial. Cuentan con un desayuno buffet super económico y variado. Repetiría mi estancia en esta propiedad sin dudarlo. La chica del front desk (de Ourense) fue super linda en su trato. Gracias!!"

"Fantastic hotel! The operator George is amazing. He speaks great English and was incredibly accommodating. We arrived very early and he was able to get our room ready as quickly as possible. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is right in the centre and on the Camino trail. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Caldas de Reis. "

"This hotel was a good stop along the Camino because it is self contained. It has 2 restaurants which are quite good and lots of lounge area for the guests. Our room came with breakfast which we liked because it had a good variety of choices. It was quiet at night and we would definitely stop there again if in the area even if luxurious it is not!"
