"Front desk clerk was very friendly, inviting and efficient - a great first impression. Hotel was only 8 months old so cleanliness was good but inexplicably the shower stall was already leaking water! The room was rather cramped but comfortable. Our dinner was good and made better by excellent service. Since we had an early flight we partook of the breakfast. The variety wasn't bad but it was in no way a good value for what we got. "

"I got what I paid for. Good service. However the king matress did need an upgrade or replacement. Sagging badly. Hotel is not new but acceptable condition. Great staff and full breakfast. Nice lobby. Had power failure in Portugal and Spain, but hotel had back in common areas which is excellent sign of service quality. "

"Excellent 👌 hotel. This hotel deserve to be classified as a great hotel for multiple of reasons. Beginning with location.iy Is in front of the train station ( Saldahna Station). You get at the hotel by train in about 30 minutes.Very walkable area. A lot of buses take you everywhere. Once you get in the hotel, the staff pay attention to every detailrelated to customer. Wonderful staff , very helpful. Included breakfast very good. Rooms very clean; shared bathrooms impeccable Excellent 👍."
