"I report that the TV did not work, it took me 4 time to report it and them get upset with the front desk attendant for them to come and fix the issue. Other thing is be careful where to park because the sign are not clear and the city put a boot on my vehicle and cost 113.00 euros."

"It is close to almost everything, shopping mall, restaurants, bus, taxi, and about 10 minutes to the airport. I have been using this hotel for several years more so when it is time to leave Portugal for home. I can take the bus from Algarve and get off the Oriente bus depot and walk to the hotel. The hotel can get a taxi in 5 minutes for the airport that averages a little over €10 fare. Convenience is it!"

Had a room on the first floor facing the street so the traffic noise was pretty considerable, but died down during the evening so didn’t affect my sleep! Further away from the more touristy area which has its pros and cons - still lots of restaurants, shops and amenities nearby, but you’ll likely want to take public transit or taxis for most typical...
