"Staff were very friendly. Location was good - walkable to most of Dublin’s attractions and restaurants. No elevator - not the best option for anyone who would struggle to carry their luggage up many flights of stairs. Rooms are small but comfortable. Bathrooms are quite small. Onsite parking is a bonus. "

"The property was beautiful and had quite a bit of charm. Unfortunately we stayed only one night and it was raining so we were unable to sit in their quaint garden area. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and she was very helpful calling a taxi for us to go to the airport. We did not like the surrounding area very much due to very limited places to eat dinner as many places seemed to close early on. Sunday, which is expected, but...

"The hotel staff were great upon check-in/check-out. Room was spacious and clean but sat right over the top of the bar, so was a bit noisy until about 11:30 (on a Tuesday night). Also, apparently parents are allowed to leave their children unattended and running about the hallways at 10:30 p.m. at night. The evening dinner wait staff were excellent and so was the food! The wait staff for breakfast were lacking. We had to ask for bowls for the buffet, more coffee and they just seemed vacant and...

However the poor communication to me from Hotels.com regarding the checkin procedure & security deposit left me out in the rain before getting into my room.
