"Two issues the toilet was not working properly needed plunger brought and had to keep taking lid off to work toilet. We had jacuzzi and we all noticed black stuff coming through jets as it operated that was a bit gross to say least. Still love West bank inn but felt uncomfortable by both issues. Employee came to fix toilet but I actually had to fix it "

"Very nice lady checked me in, and the process only took a few minutes. Hotel grounds well-kept with good security lighting and plenty of parking spaces. Room was nice and clean and free of odor. Bed very comfortable. Best night's sleep I have had in a while. On the outer edge of town but restaurants and businesses nearby. I'll be back."

"A nice little place for a winter retreat! The heat kept us nice and warm despite the frigid temperatures outside and it was fun to wake up each morning to a wide view of the frozen lake. Very quiet neighborhood, at least in February. I will note that you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the only bathroom. It wasn't a big deal for us because it was just my wife, our 1-year-old, and me, but bigger families may want to plan accordingly. The host was very communicative and...

"Steps were a bit much and i didnt like how we had to walk to the back of the building in the snow to throw a way the trash. Water in shower never got warm enough. Other than that fine."
