"Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! "

"I had a lovely stay at the Kings Arms Penzance. The pub serves delicious traditional pub fare, and the full Cornish breakfast in the morning is excellent. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and I had everything I could need. The staff were extremely kind when I wound up breaking a bone in my foot while on a walk in the nearby fields. "Staff were polite and helpful. Room was very dated and very small, but clean and comfortable. However the loud music coming from the bar below our room went on until 11 pm so if you want a quiet restful place to stay DO NOT CONSIDER this location."

"We booked family room for 4, the room had a made up double bed and a sofa which only had a duvet, no linen or pillows. Only 2 mugs for teas. On arrival we were told they didnt do breakfast which was included in our stay, the Landlord then cooked us croissants the night before to take to our room for the morning.
