"Overall very good but it was cold that night and the heat didnt want to work in the room. Since we had 2 children who were already sleeping including one being sick we didnt want to wake them up to try and switch rooms. We also forgot to tell the hotel as we were really tired. "I received what I imagine was an upgrade, and was given a first-floor suite almost, with a living room, and extra TV. Rather a surprise! The bathroom was large, well-appointed, and I appreciated the walk-in capability. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. There was on my second night, almost no water pressure and no hot water, but it was late at night, so that was only a minor issue. Beyond that, I'm quite happy."
