"The website drew me in…a houseboat on the river in Bordeaux. Nowhere did it mention how difficult itmwasmtomget to it, and it was on the ‘wrong ‘ side of the river. "This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk.
