"The former wine cellar stay was very much like we wanted. Some rustiness but plenty modern with all the conviences. we cooked often and enjoyed eating on the patio. It is secluded and quiet - a good 20 minutes from the city, but we enjoyed it. Jean Micheal was great with instructions and communications even though he was on holiday in Italy. "This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk.
