The only downside was communication- we arrived to check-in 10 minutes after the appointed time (2pm) and the cleaners were still in the middle of cleaning the house. We would have been fine with this if the delay had been communicated to us, but it wasn't. We had to get in touch with the host, who claimed to be unaware of the situation.
