"This was by far the worst hotel my husband and I ever stayed at. I would not recommend it to any of my family members or friends. 1. The phones do not work so if you need anything, you would need to physically go to the lobby and speak to someone. Ex: when we needed towels or toilet paper (which wasn’t ready for us). "Friendly staff, a good continental breakfast offering and around a 5 min walk to the Tram stop & also the Porta Romana Metro line (but beware of thieves as I got robbed on the train one stop away from Romana at Crocetta station). Only downside was our room had a very small enclosed shower cubicle which made it a bit difficult to move around ! "
