"Nice hotel and the staff were great. Very close to the main train station and that was a plus but there are not many dining options by the hotel and you need to walk at least 10 minutes to find a place to eat Room was fine but small. Other than offering a breakfast, there is no other amenities we found. Thermostat was confusing to use. It was affordable and would stay again if in the area."

"Not having a kitchen and easy access for food choices nearby caused me to leave four stars. However, the spa, and the service at this boutique hotel made up for this. They even gave me a boxed breakfast for my early morning departure."

"What an amazing experience. Cute little hotel but the service was above and beyond. Everyone was so helpful from Dario to Marcos and everyone in between. The shower was a little tricky but I wouldn’t change my 5 stars. Safe and not to far from everything."

"The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to the railway station and major attractions. Next time I am in Florence,I will definitely stay at the Hotel Executive!"

"Overall, it was a great stay. The lobby was modern, spacious and nicely designed. The staff spoke English well. They were very polite and professional. The bed was stiff and comfortable. The room had very nice lighting. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, not a desirable view outside, but wonderful on the inside. "We got a family connecting room. One of the rooms was constantly blowing hot air and there was no way to reduce the temperature. The elevator was tiny - I have not seen such a tiny elevator. Otherwise staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel was overall nice. "

"The hostess at this hotel was the best! She was so helpful and kind. The room was quaint and had a wood ceiling and wood beam, which gave it lots of character. We had a private bathroom that was down 5 steps which was a little tricky to use. It was an older bathroom and had a few small issues. The hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the train station which made it really convenient for dropping off our luggage before exploring Florence. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast for us."

"Gia was exceptional. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and went above and beyond for us. This boutique hotel is a must stay. The thoughtful architecture, atmosphere, and small details all stand out. The bedding was luxurious and comfortable and the shower and products were outstanding. Paris Hotel in central Florence

"The hotel was beautiful! The staff upon arriving were friendly and eager to help. The car parking was easy. Once you pull up they help with the luggage, you hand them your keys and they will park it for you. When leaving you tell them 30 minutes before and they will have the car out front ready for you. The all day tea and coffee is a nice accommodation. "

Couldn't ask for a better location

"Bernini Palace is an impeccably appointed hotel located two minutes from the Piazza del Signoria and the Bargello. In the nearby square are several cafes and on side streets nearby there some excellent restaurants. The hotel's staff is very helpful and always there to assist you. The breakfast room is stunning. I have only one negative: we booked a "classic room," the least expensive room in the hotel. For a five-star hotel, the room was small, not what you would expect in a hotel of this class. But, this did not take away from our experience, and the hotel is highly recommended."
