"The man who greeted us (Oliver?) was very pleasant and throughly made sure we understood all the keys to the place. Most places we went was walkable and there is a bus system right out front. Only downside was no where to store your luggage on the day you check out and stowing place to pay was closed the day we checked out. "

"The apartment was lovely, in a good location. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. We walked everywhere but there are buses and taxis around. You can walk to the city centre to see the sites very easily. From the city centre we also got the train to Pisa for a day trip. "Overall very nice place and would stay again the next time we are in Florence. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and stairs leading up are a bit steep and narrow so be careful when bringing your luggage down. The apartment was clean and nice size for 2 people. Only thing was that the shower is a bit small and tight so may be difficult for bigger people."
