"We were visiting for a surprise birthday party and chose this property because it was close to the festivities. Large lovely rooms, clean. No complaints. The front door lock gave us a little trouble at first but Anne sorted us out quickly even though it was very late when we arrived. Great choice for a family or group. "

"We had a great time visiting Toronto and Ajax for our first trip to Canada. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was great and we walked to Lake Ontario. Taking the GoTrain into Toronto was so easy and convenient for us. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day for a longer stay."

"Property was exactly as posted. Spacious for our family of 4. Furniture wasn’t very comfortable to sit on in living room, and kitchen lacked some supplies - cling wrap, foil, etc. I wish the bathrooms had towel bars, no place to hang a hand towel anywhere. Host was very responsive and pleasant. Overall it was a good stay. "

"The access to the property was poor. No communication was sent with access information.I had to initiate how to gain access. Had to wait 2 hrs to get in. There were no bathroom towels. We were 4 guest. No extra blankets. Dirty cleaning supplies were not put away. Obviously not clean."

"The place was very nice and spacious, the balcony has lights set up and looked really nice. The only thing negative I could say was there were a lot of stains on the walls but overall this was a really good space. 10/10 would recommend!!"

"I am writing to express my concerns and dissatisfaction with the condition of the cottage I recently rented. While the property was clean, it lacked several essential items that significantly affected my stay. Firstly, the kitchen was inadequately equipped. There were not enough pots and pans to prepare meals properly. Additionally, there was insufficient cutlery provided, which made dining inconvenient. "House is spacious and supplies adequate. Just bring your own towels and linens as earlier advised by owner Water supply, hot and cold, is abundant for 12 people. Parking for 5 cars, no problem. Things that can easily be added to make the property more user friendly: 1) Grab bars in bath tubs to prevent accidents.
