"There are quite a few things to be aware of with this property. 1. Dock boards are loose and when you walk they move. A few of the kids lost several layers of skin from stubbing their toes when fishing. 2. Cleanliness was around a 5/10 3. No window coverings to keep the room dark in the morning so everyone was up at 6:30 4. Fishing rods were completely a mess and I took 4 hours to clean them up for use. 5.
