Easily accessible from Hwy 401. Malls and restaurants with 2KM. Staff extremely professional and friendly. Quick check in, rooms are clean and spacious. Parking was limited with convention center adjacent. However, spots were available at the side and back of the hotel.

Nice place, toilet paper and kleenex is sandpaper. $2.50 for a bottle of water in the room got me. Expected more for $300 night stay. Restaurant food wasn’t that good either.

We like that the hotel is pet friendly and has a nice pool that opens early enough that there is time for a swim before you start your day. The staff are friendly and efficient and the restaurant is very comfortable and the food good. However, the areas for walking the dog are limited and after a snowstorm non-existent as snow was piled everywhere. Overall this is a very nice hotel and I expect we will be back.
