"My husband and I, in our 70’s were given a room on the third floor with no elevator! NOT ACCEPTABLE. The person behind the desk told us there would not be another room available until later in the evening…they were short staffed. When The Manager came over, a room on the first floor somehow miraculously appeared. We paid almost $450/night. Room was nothing special. "

We had purchased breakfast ahead of time and received our breakfast voucher at check in but when we went down to breakfast there was no one who informed us that they had staff to assist in getting coffee in “real” cups and explaining the breakfast options.
