"Overwhelmed by this hotel and island. From the moment of check in by 2 lovely ladies we received an Atrium room which was an absolute delight. Newly refurbished rooms and a little balcony with chairs to sit out overlooking an indoor garden with lots of natural light. We don’t want to leave it’s been the best trip 🙏 "

"Fantastic location, the place itself was incredible. The kitchen/living room was huge, very spacious, big windows so lots of light and very well equipped. Private and out of the way. Bedrooms and bathrooms were an excellent size, well equipped, and very clean. Beds very very comfortable. The area was very quiet, convenient (bus stop nearby, trains within walking distance, shop within walking distance although a hill to get there but that didn't bother us at all). The apartment we stayed in was downstairs which was perfect for us as it was quiet and out of the way. The only downside was the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived (and couldn't find cups to make tea!) but this was easily resolved by turning on the dishwasher and the rest of the apartment was spotless so can't really complain. "

"What a beautiful hotel 😀 Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, this extends to all staff, not just the reception staff. Cleaners were brilliant, friendly and looked loke they were actually happy to be working. Room was very clean an comfortabme with great little touches. The little treat box for my dog was beyond adorable. The hotel itself is spectacular, the outdoor seating and views are to die for. The location for us was perfect, right in the middle of all the main tourist attractions; we drove around the whole island, so the location for us was perfect. Thank you for having us 😀"

"The hotel was easily accessible from the port - about a 15 min walk, as well as to the horse and electric trains. The location was very nice. Breakfast was good and water pressure in the shower was excellent. "

"Ideal holiday accommodation for family with satisfying facilities. The seaside view of dinning and living room are wonderful. All rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is also perfect if you just want to stavocation in the South of the Isle of Man. The broadband speed is the only frustrating thing for me since it's not fast and stable. The local bus service is good but it may take a longer time to wait for steam train if you plan to travel o the North within a day. "

"Originally I was put in a room without a window which wasn’t great - the staff were helpful but I had to double up costs to get a sea view when the hotel wasn’t busy. I thought they could have been a bit more flexible on this "

"The property was booked for colleagues who were carrying out essential works in the area. The property and location were more than suitable for their needs. Excellent communication with the hosts at all times."
