"My daughter and I went for her birthday weekend. We arrived late (after check in), we communicated with the hotel prior and this was ok. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. It was a very easy and smooth check in. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, happy and very helpful. We felt safe. "Hotel is ok. Initially we were given with a room in the section A with view to construction site. We requested to move to another and few days later we were moved to section C with pool view. Pool is good (some man comes each evening, do measurements and add chemicals), but cold for me - like ocean. Apartments are big, but furniture and all devices are the most cheapest in the world… I have never seen such brands before. Beds are so hard like sleeping on the floor. Something neighbors are noise...

"This is a really quiet couples and family location. The balcony is huge and especially the top floor, really private with sun beds. Very nice cafe on site, with a really healthy breakfast option. Its a really good location as a base to hire a car and see the rest of the island. Really nice village/ beach location near by. Los medano is just one. "Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....

"We loved our stay here as a family of four. The staff were so friendly and helpful and could not do more for us. I would personally steer away from the restaurant and breakfast, it’s over priced and it’s not that good. Go out for dinner and grocery store your own breakfast. Other than that tho it was perfect! "
