"First, Eduardo at the front desk was the best host and patiently gave us a primer on Venice, transportation and restaurants. The walk from the train station is 10 mins but not easy with bags, so buy the ACTV day pass and use it to get to Tre Archi which is right outside the hotel. Easy to get anywhere from this stop on the water bus. Also walkable to most places so location is a great balance of peace and quiet and easy access. The hotel and rooms are great. We had one room with a double which was on the smaller side but the other room with two singles was much bigger. Bathrooms were fantastic - modern and impeccably well maintained and clean - as were the rooms. Only con was that there was no closet - just racks with hangers. All in all, a great experience. "

"Exactly what they say they are...they are. Clean, comfortable room. No extras but the price reflects it. E 1.50 bus ride into Venice and walk to Venice airport. The poured concrete floor is a bit cold, bring slippers."
