"First-time visitors in Venice. The hotel was excellent—located away from the crowds but within walking distance of the main sites and train station. The staff was excellent and forthcoming. Our flight back home was very early, so we had to leave before breakfast, but the staff organised takeaway breakfast for the whole family without us even asking. Brilliant attention to detail. Will recommend this hotel to all our friends."
