"Absolutely fantastic. This house is located in a cul de sac in a private community on Winter Park mountain. The exterior is perfect for a mountain luxury home.About the house: I rarely walk in to a rental property to be blown away by the kitchen but that is what happened here. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, utensils etc you could need. But getting back to the house - it is basically 4 levels. The mudroom is for skiis and boots and has a heated floor - very convenient. The first level has a large entertainment room with a large wrap around couch and bunk beds and a private bathroom. The next level is the living room, again with a very comfortable couple of couches and chairs and a bar area with a small wine fridge and extra drinks fridge and sink. The next level is the kitchen and the outdoor jacuzzi. Upstairs is a very spacious, very comfortable master bedroom and bathroom, and two other bedrooms with their own bathrooms. There is laundry on the first level and the 4th level! Yes, that’s right, two laundry areas! Amazing.Skiing: this is a true ski in and ski out. You leave the house and a short walk some stairs takes you to a run where you put on your skis and ski to the gondola area. So simple and easy and no lugging skis in a car. There is also a ski rental shop walking distance from the unit. The amenities are superb! The mountain had great snow when we were there so it was super fun and the jacuzzi was a really nice benefit upon our return. Excellent"

"Value stay at slightly dated but very functional ski in/out small unit right at Winter Park resort. Good communication. Pool was not available the entirety of our trip and appeared to be out for quite a while. Easy access to parking and an updated weight room. Typing in 8- and 13-digit door codes at every turn was annoying at first. Clean and no foul odors. As described. Thanks!"

"First of all I can't say enough about what great Hosts and communicators Carey and Julia are! A minor problem with the unit listed as a 1 bedroom instead of a studio and a Wi-Fi work around later they bent over backwards to move us into one of their other fantastic units on the property. If Ski in Ski out is a priority you cannot beat this location, 5th floor unit is the floor for the ski locker room and ramp to Corridor run. Thier units are well maintained, clean with tastefully updated interiors! Will come back for sure!!!! "

"Across the highway from the actual ski resort base, 10 min shuttle ride there, 5 min back well run and free. Hotel is a little long in the tooth, exterior looks great interior needs some tlc especially the hot tubs need updating. Room: nice, fireplace, view of the ski hill, king bed great mattress but a lot could be updated especially the carpeting."

"Very nice condo! Shower had enough water pressure to pressure wash your car. Rainfall shower head was a nice touch. "

"Property was immaculate. Heated driveway was a nice touch especially with the amount of snow we got. Ski in ski out is based on your skill level. If you’re comfortable with the Mary Jane side and a little backcountry it is doable but not suitable for lower level skiers or kids. "
