"What a wonderful family owned ski lodge. Super nice people. Love the sitting room with the big stone fireplace that is always going. Games, piano, record player, free coffee, tea, hot chocolate. "

"A wonderful hotel ideally situated in the centre of Winter Park Village. The hotel was very warm, comfortable with spacious rooms and plenty of towels and toiletries The beds were super comfortable and breakfast choice was excellent. There was plenty for everyone, both hot and cold choices. There was a great hot tub out at the back which I made use of. I’m so glad I chose this hotel due to its location. Just outside the hotel there was a bus stop for the free shuttle service between neighbouring Fraser and Winter Park ski resort. Other facilities that were close by included a wide variety of restaurants, a laundromat and lots of lovely shops. All staff were excellent, including housekeeping and front of house staff. Eric was very helpful with advice. I would totally recommend this hotel."

"Overall very nice, hot tub the jets were not all working and the water did not stay warm, basement was cold, fireplace was sporadic. Otherwise we had a great time"

"Check-in process was easy. Communication with the property managers was fast and accurate. Was they able to check in before the check in time that was very nice the property managers. The condo was nice and clean. Had everything you would need for weekend or week trip. went to Park jazz festival, had a great time. I will be looking to stay at this condo in 2025 for the winter jazz festival. Having a hot tub on your patio added the icing to the cake. Very close to downtown you could even walk if you wanted 15 minute walk. The only downfall I can say is the Internet did not work very well it was weak ."
