"O apartamento tem ótima localização, principalmente para quem vai pegar o trem para outras cidades ao redor como Modena, Imola etc. Também está próximo de dois mercados (COOP e Aldi) e restaurantes. Em termos de "comodidades", o colchão da cama poderia ser melhor e também a quantidade de saches de sabonete líquido. Nós tivemos que comprar sabonete para podermos tomar banho mais "tranquilamente"."

"The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage...

"We had a really good stay in the absolute centre of Bologna. The property was very well kept though the mattress, whilst adequate, could probably do with replacing soon. The property management were very efficient and provided plenty of information to make our brief stay a good one."

"Giuseppina & Marco are great hosts, met us at the apartment and made sure that we had everything they needed. They also organised a taxi/van to collect us from the airport and to return again at the end of our stay - this included a baby seat for our baby! They also helped with our itineray visiting sights of interest and a food tour and a cookery class. "This apartment was centrally located, if you want to enjoy Bologna as a local and be close to everything, this is the place- the apt is nicely decorated and modern, everything you need is there, communication with host was great, and they allowed us to check in earlier in the day- overall a pleasant stay, and if back in town, i will definitely stay there- easy and confortable for 4 (2 in sofa bed, 2 in bedroom) - walking distance to the center, the train station, restaurant, stores and more-...

"This is a decent option for a place to stay. It’s large, very well-located, clean but it needs freshened up with paint, it wasn’t the shower that was advertised online but it was very good except a little small, the tv and wifi were very good including Netflix, and it is very well appointed. A pretty serious negative were the mattresses on the bed. Very uncomfortable. They seemed more like foam mattress foam covers for a mattress. If they fix that problem, we’d give it a five. "

"The host was not clear on a meeting place for entry into the property and apartment. He originally had suggested at the property entrance then changed to a bar next to the property, but we didn’t have network access so the bar rendezvous did not reach us. When we finally did meet, he was very upset with us because he needed to be someplace else. Keep in mind, he did not contact us until 4 hours prior to our check-in time… very stressful."
