"Nice room, great shower. Handy position for shopping and relatively near the station. The code worked okay and the only problem was at the room door as the handle didn’t work very well and it took us quite a few attempts to get the bedroom door open. Also the TV kept buffering "

"Shower door was broken, shower was leaking, sink was leaking, bed broke and was not replaced dispute the numerous request. A fee of 47 euros which was paid on arrival, for a daily room clean which they didn’t do once throughout our stay. Bed was requested to be fixed numerous times and was never fixed. Extremely poor and would not recommend "

"What a gem!! Bergamo was a half-hearted, 1-day visit we added to our trip since we were flying into Milan in the evening & yet we were SO pleasantly surprised! "The breakfast was actually really good. They were still delivering to the room, which I actually quite enjoyed. My room wasn’t the best layout. Kinda cramped and the small TV was hilarious. But everything else was quite good. I even appreciated the little stool in the bathroom. I slept well. It may be in need a remodel, but for the price I paid, I was quite happy."
