The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. During breakfast we couldn’t find our table, it turned out we weren’t even on the list. The organisation was poor to say the least. "The staff were all amazing. The hotel is right next to the ski lifts. We had a suite and it was amazing. The food was fair; we we're expecting much better food for $100 per night. The steam room was cold."

Flat was perfect for two people, neat and tidy, everything we needed. 5 minutes walk to the gondola taking you straight into the ski area and then 5 minutes walk the other way into the lovely little town. Cristina was super helpful and responsive, before our arrival and during. Flat has a parking space which was great."
