"The location and house are spectacular. We had plenty of room for the 10 people who were travelling together. The site, however, had many mechanical issues which were not responded to as quickly as needed. We arrived at 4pm to find the place with no heat, and with two emails and one phone call didn't receive assistance until 10am the following morning. Not a great start w/ communicating with the owners since we were given an emergency phone call to use.... to no avail. The furnace needed a new...

"We had such a wonderful time at this property for New Year. It took our group of 12 adults and 3 children easily, feeling very spacious but also cosy. It’s brilliantly equipped with everything you need, the bedrooms are lovely, and the kitchen is the best we have ever seen for group cooking and dining. Top that off with stunning views and the bonus of a hot tub and you have simply one of the most exceptional properties we’ve ever stayed in. We’ll be back!"

"We wanted somewhere quiet, secluded and far away from reality, this hit the spot perfectly! We weren't far from Llanberis where we had some great food and went on a beautiful walk to the castle. The cottage was well equipped and gave us the chance to feel properly nestled in the mountain. We used our time their to celebrate my partners birthday, and begin art projects we've been preparing for. We met a couple of others in Fachwen and they were so lovely and helpful! "Wonderful stay at The Royal Victoria Hotel. Excellent location in Llanberis to take advantage of the walking trails available in the area. Our room was extremely comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfasts plentiful and nourishing. And the dinners, which we took in the bar area, were delicious. Would highly recommend for visitors to the area. "
