The parking was paid for but the space was in an alley behind an empty building, not safe or secure. The staff were pleasant and eager to please."

"Foul smell from bathroom. I wanted to leave or at least change rooms after the first night but my girlfriend didn't want to make the effort. I wish we had moved. Dirty floors. Ashes on the window ledge. Hairs in the shower. Uncomfortable bed for a couple. Dated decor. Central location. On-site parking was expensive. We parked on the street but not terribly convenient. Staff tried to be helpful. "

The only reason I did not rate it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was because unfortunately there was a cover for the roller blinds that kept us up as it was windy outside and it was not properly fastened. I could not identify what was making the noise until the morning, but notified the front desk of the problem. "

"The rooms were disappointing. In one room the basin pop up did not work, the safe could not be locked, the curtain was hanging down as the hooks were not fixed to gliders. The second room was very dark."
