"This is a historic hotel in the heart of Carcassonne. There are steps to the rooms. It was clean with an accommodating staff. We had a later arrival than planned and the parking attendant waited and got us and all our luggage to the hotel. We were able to access parking after hours also with a code. Breakfast was good. The bar area was lovely. I would stay here again."

"I loved this hotel. The stay made my trip to Carcassonne. Everyone at the hotel, from front desk to room service, was courteous and professional. I want to specially mention Julien at the front desk, who was very helpful. Its location is very convenient for exploring the old castle area. "We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was an upgrade so we had a balcony and wonderful of the old city of Carcassonne. The bedroom had a huge open plan bathroom with large, round bath. We used the swimming pool, which is indoors and very nice for a quick dip. The breakfast was lovely! "

Room had little patio, but too cold now. Patio door did not lock. Never fixed. Area feels super safe, though. Cite shops cute, mostly touristy. Amorino gelato there. Good stay. "
