"The Guesthouse looked new or it has been recently refurbished. Very powerful shower with a lot of water pressure, which I liked. Comfy bed and good size room and bathroom. The location is convenient and there are lots of bus connection links to the centre, which is not far anyway, someone could also walk if they fancy it! Only downside it was the complete lack of responses from the hosts that I tried to contact repeatedly beforehand. Even Expedia tried to contact them unsuccessfully. This should...

"This is an unsafe place to stay. Were advised to park our car within range of cctv. The door of our room had recently been broken into as the lock was badly replaced. Dirty linen on the bed . This is being polite . Very unreliable person managing the property. Avoid at all costs"

The flat is 2 stories up a very narrow stairwell, we did not bring our bags up because of the difficulty of the stairs and where we had to park. There is a paid garage at the radisson a block over (£30 a night), with the sloped streets, it is quite a hike. Bed was not very comfortable but very clean and a lot of space. "
